* YES, WE DO SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD.
If your country, city or region is not in our database, please email us and provide us with the information so we can add it and you can properly place an order.
Please place your order online and we will email you a quote for the shipping, after you approve it we will then charge your card and ship the order.
We cannot give you a quote for shipping without knowing what products you want, shipping depends on the weight of the order and the country it's being shipped to.

* We ship your orders promptly. Orders made before noon Pacific time are usually shipped the same day.

* We are located in Southern California and we charge actual shipping cost which includes our volume discount passed on to you.

* We do not have an inflated flat shipping rate like some of the other websites. Which means that if you are in the West Coast and for example: you buy 2 loaves of bread you might pay $5 approx. ground shipping AND receive it overnight!

* Don't forget that Southern California has overnight delivery thru ground shipping and Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, & Utah are 2nd day using ground shipping.

* If ordering certain perishable items and the order will not arrive by the week-end, we may hold your order and ship it Monday so your items will not sit in a warm non-temperature controlled warehouse over the week-end.

* We are not responsible for melted chocolate or chocolate covered items. Please keep in mind before you order that we do not offer refunds for melted or bloomed items (white residue due to butter hardening after melting). We do our best to protect the products and have them arrive in best possible condition, specially during the hot summer months.

* We do our best to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. We do not make any money on shipping. The ordering system will default to the proper shipping costs, but if we can save you money by changing the way we ship, we may change the shipping without notification and lower your cost.

* We use Federal Express and United Postal Service for shipping. We can ship by UPS if you so desire, but the cost will be higher since we do not have an established account with them.

* A FEW ORDERS WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES IF:
            * You order a lot of glass bottles like DaVinci and the order is very heavy in weight.

            * You are on the East Coast and you order a large perishable order. You will be contacted to approve any additional charges OR you have the option of having your order shipped FedEx Ground. The difference is that your order will arrive only 1-2 days later.
