These noodles cannot be frozen!!!
This is a great pasta alternative made from blending the root of the Konnyaku (a member of the yam family) and tofu.
Drain and run under water. Follow by cooking them for about 3 minutes. Cover with Bolognese Sauce or any other favorite one. Wait ½ hr or so before serving so they absorb the sauce.
The Spaghetti Noodle is great made into a soup with broth and vegetables!!
